Returns, Exchanges or Issues

If you are not 100% satisfied with the items you have ordered, you can return an item to us within 30 days of placement of order, unused, with the goods undamaged and in their original packaging.

We will be happy to offer a full refund of the purchase price.  The goods MUST be received by Spotty Kat Limited before the 30 day period expires to receive a refund.  If items are received outside of this period, a store credit may be issued at Spotty Kat Limited's discretion.

Refunds will be processed back to the original payment method within 3-5 working days of us receiving the return.

We do not refund your freight costs. 

We cannot accept any goods that have been used, have their label or original box removed, altered or damaged and we can only accept items returned if they are within their original product packaging and are in a resaleable condition as determined by Spotty Kat Limited.

We cannot accept responsibility for returns that are sent by non-traceable postage or courier methods and are not received by us. Understandably, without the items we cannot issue a refund.

We strongly advise all customers to check goods thoroughly upon delivery.

If there is an issue with your order or an item missing in your order, please advise us within 30 days of receiving your order. As you can appreciate, after this time it is near impossible to investigate the cause of the error. Any request for a refund or to resend the missing item after this time will be at Spotty Kat Limited's discretion.

We do our very best to ensure that all our products reach our customers in perfect condition. However, in the unlikely event that damage in transit occurs, please contact us at and we’ll get it sorted for you straight away.

Spotty Kat Limited reserve the right to refuse an order due to technical problems occurring in pricing, stock holding or any other technical issue. The customer will have the choice to pay the balance owing to receive the item(s) or to cancel the order.
